  Primary Responsibilities:
  ? Accountable to project leader on a project by project basis and possibly serve as project leader when needed
  ? Identified as expert and the ?go to? person regarding functional areas
  ? Assist project leader with following software delivery life cycle process (SDLC) and meeting project deliverable deadlines
  ? Communicate to project leader project status and related risks adequately and timely
  ? Participate in daily project activities including resolution process of functional and technical issues
  ? Work with various business departments to identify company needs for system enhancements and projects
  ? Provide business case and cost/benefit analysis; present ideas to management at all levels
  ? Coordinate, lead, and document requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  ? Solicit business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures; work with internal and external parties to identify project scope and impact to business productivity
  ? Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time, scope, and cost constraints
  ? Confer with development and project managers to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing system and capabilities required for project work load
  ? Collaborate with developers, support teams and end users to guide requirements development, system design and pre-and post-production issues
  ? Develop and maintain business requirements, functional requirements and design specifications
  ? Evaluate factors such as number of departments serviced by system projects, required reporting formats, volume of transactions, time requirements and cost constraints, and need for security and access restrictions to determine system configurations
  ? Perform Quality Assurance function, develop test plans and test cases to ensure business requirements are met and implemented
  ? Coordinating acceptance testing of software releases, defects, enhancements, and upgrades with users
  ? Perform project management during test execution (including quality and user acceptance testing)
  ? Coordinate with business units in test planning, test case development, and execution using test management tool (SpiraTest)
  ? Document test case results using test management tool (SpiraTest)
  ? Produce required user training and administer to end-users as needed
  ? Provide post implementation user support for key applications and processes
