?Sales and Marketing Manager
?OBJECTIVE/Job Purpose: Oversee the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division. Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies so as to achieve the Group?s strategy, growth and profit objectives.
?Responsibilities related to Sales Manager role:
- Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability,
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives - of three sales divisions, unit productivity and sales goals,
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals,
- Analyze revenues, margin data and analysis of relevant economic and industry data that impacts the segment,
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets,
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive?s sales and activity performance,
- Provides timely feedback, weekly and monthly reporting to the Management team,
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin,.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses,
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations,
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up,
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Responsibilities related to Marketing Manager Role:
- Conduct on-going analysis of competition?s policies, pricing actions, sales volume, trends, consumer promotion, advertising activity,
- Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand,
- Handle personal projects according to personal action plan,
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share,
- Improves product marketability and profitabilityby researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development,\
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products, along with all the necessary advertising material (presentation, proposals, documentation),
- Working closely with marketing team, giving guidelines to manage new product development,
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to B2B market,
- Develop marketing tools,
- Implement a comprehensive marketing plan,
- Create comprehensive marketing campaigns,
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products, along with all the necessary advertising material (presentation, proposals, documentation),
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to B2B market
Job Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of experience in both sales and marketing management,
- Experience with enterprise related to Telecommunications, or IT sector, in large, complex organizations,
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams,
- Very good negotiation skills, dynamic personality, customer perception, innovation/creativity, ability to multitask, focused on detail and finding new opportunities,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet use,
- Ability to work under pressure and hands ? on personality,
- Must have knowledge of internet marketing tools and principles with the ability to assess needs,
- Social Media Experience &?proven track record of Online Marketing activities is a must,
- Fluency (oral and written) both in English and Greek language. A second language will be preferred,
- Excellent knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O),
- Creativity, Flexibility, Adaptability and sense of urgent is needed,
- Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
